Our solutions
2-in-1 enhanced decontamination for floors and large surfaces
In high-risk environments where MDROs are more prevalent, standard decontamination methods don’t offer suitable protection. Hospitals and healthcare facilities require enhanced solutions to fight the spread of infection and protect vulnerable patients in critical areas.
Despite the widespread use of chlorine-releasing agents in fighting outbreaks, evidence shows that they are unsafe for staff1, ineffective in dirty conditions2 and damaging to hospital surfaces3.
Clinell Enhanced Pods offer a safer yet highly effective decontamination solution. Using Advanced Peracetic Acid (APA) Technology, they clean and disinfect floors and large surfaces in a single step. To step up the level of protection in high-risk areas, simply dissolve two pods in water to create a powerful, chlorine-free solution that can speed up the disinfection of hard-to-eliminate organisms, including C. diff spores.

Clinell Enhanced Pods
The proven solution for 2-in-1 cleaning and disinfection in dirty conditions
Decontaminate non-invasive medical devices
Some outbreaks seem impossible to solve – that’s because traditional decontamination solutions aren’t designed to target dry surface biofilms. Biofilms protect high-risk and hard-to-kill microorganisms, often meaning that routine disinfection is unable to eradicate the complex biofilm matrix.
Clinell Peracetic Acid Wipes break down the biofilm matrix and kill the microorganisms within. Its patented formula is more effective than chlorine* at eliminating hard-to-kill microorganisms, spores and biofilms. Unlike chlorine-releasing agents, Clinell Peracetic Acid Wipes are effective in dirty conditions and gentle on surfaces, all whilst providing a safer and more effective method of outbreak prevention and control.

Clinell Peracetic Acid Wipes
Unbeatable protection against persistent outbreaks
Target drain-based wet biofilms and prevent regrowth
More effective, and gentler on drains, than chlorine1. Destroy protective bacterial biofilms lurking in hospital sinks and showers and prevent regrowth for at least 4 days1.
Some of the most persistent outbreaks come from drains1. In these ideal conditions, bacteria form biofilms – protective structures rendering traditional disinfectants ineffective. Clinell Drain Disinfectant uses PAA technology from our patented Peracetic Acid Wipes to break down the protective layer and kills 99.9999% of the bacteria to eradicate the source of infection.
Clinell Drain Disinfectant Indicator Tape can be placed over the treated sink/shower to indicate to others that the facility should not be used for 15 minutes while the product is working.

Complete room disinfection in a single cycle
Clinell Enhanced UV-C Disinfector's main tower and 4 satellites can be positioned horizontally, vertically and diagonally resulting in a UV-C system that is fully compliant with BS 8628:2022* whilst providing complete room disinfection within 30mins.
Powered by Dolphin Care technology, it's an ideal addition to manual cleaning and disinfection for enhanced decontamination protocols including Clinell Peracetic Acid Wipes and Clinell Drain Disinfectant.
Independently and rigorously tested by experts, the Enhanced UV-C Disinfector emits UV-C radiation at a specific antimicrobial wavelength from multiple locations that is proven to achieve a >5 log reduction in bacteria and >4 log reduction in yeasts.
